Biographical Sketch:
Led a team of 8-10 people supporting the NIEM PMO, develop and execute a NIEM adoption and outreach strategy which includes such activities as technical support, outreach, training development and delivery. Supported and assessed existing NIEM training opportunities, performing a gap analysis between training results and DHS objectives for the program. Authored a white paper proposing an approach to modularize the training to target specific audiences and bring the training effort in-house to better meet DHS’s needs.
