Biographical Sketch:
Mr. Suralik has more than ten years of experience in project management, business analysis, and application development in the public and private sectors. Since 2002, Mr. Suralik has been bringing together diverse sets of stakeholders, fostering collaborative environments, and leading teams to produce high quality business analysis and information systems for public health agencies around the country. Mr. Suralik often presents at the National Immunization Conference and is an active member of the American Immunization Registry Association (AIRA) and presenter at its workshops.
