Biographical Sketch:
Hamid Rehman has 13 years of consulting experience in designing information technology solutions for complex business systems in both government and commercial organizations. His expertise is in reducing complex problems into easy to implement definitions, requirements, processes, business rules, architectural and design artifacts. He has been working as a consultant to the CDC since 2007 on various large systems, such as, the Enhanced HIV and AIDS Reporting System (eHARS), Epidemic Information Exchange (Epi-X) and the Public Health Information Network Messaging System (PHINMS).
