Biographical Sketch:
Dave has been the ELR Coordinator for New York State for 7 years and is the main contact in communicating with laboratories and ELR trading partners in NY.
He has helped design various aspects of the NYS ELR system.
He is responsible for coordinating all efforts of communication between State program areas, local health departments and laboratory staff members.
He is responsible for maintaining the daily ELR and Emgergency Department submissions of over 400 hospitals and laboratories within NY and across the county
He has served on various ELR committees and has worked with other juristictions to promote cross-juristiction reporting of ELR data.
