Biographical Sketch:
Brian is a Specialist Leader at Deloitte Consulting, where he specializes in Research and Development, Service Oriented Architecture and Enterprise Architecture in the Federal Strategy & Operations Solutions Group. He is currently advising the CDC Informatics Research & Development Unit (IRDU) in PHITPO on strategic initiatives in innovative research. He has experience in multiple organizations leading teams of geographically dispersed architects and developers in designing and implementing an SOA framework for application development. He has a bachelor's of business administration, majoring in computer information systems, from Georgia State University and has held positions as Chief Technology Officer and as principal architect at several firms. He is a Certified Enterprise Architect, Certified ScrumMaster, and has multiple certifications from Sun and Microsoft.
