Biographical Sketch:
2008-Present--Health Scientist, CDC, Division of Cancer Prevention and Control, National Program of Cancer Registries (NPCR)Atlanta, GA 1998-2008--Epidemiologist, CDC, Lead Poisoning Prevention Program, Atlanta, GA Responsible for projects to integrate public health informatics with cancer surveillance. Her work includes involvement in NPCR-Advancing E-cancer Reporting and Registry Operations (NPCR-AERRO), efforts to develop and implement electronic cancer reporting from physicians’ offices and laboratories to central cancer registries, and national and international eHealth Initiatives. Prior to this, she worked as an Epidemiologist and Health Scientist with the CDC Lead Poisoning Prevention Branch. Author and co-author of several publications and has given numerous presentations at scientific meetings.
