Biographical Sketch:
Thirty years of professional experience, including 13 years of experience in applying skills and performing work that is relevant to the healthcare industry, as well as support and maintenance of the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) for the CDC Division of Health and Quality Promotion (DHQP); National Information Management System-System Dashboard (NIMS-SDB) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS); Radiation Exposure Monitoring System (REMS) and REMSView for the Department of Energy (DOE); and Exposure Information Management System (EIMS) and Thyroid Monitoring System (TMS) for proprietary customers.
Has specialized skills in application development, project management, software engineering, software design and architecture (Java and C++), quality assurance, and systems analysis and development (including Unified Modeling Language [UML] and object-oriented [OO] analysis, design, and development). Certified Scrum Master (CSM), 2009.
