Biographical Sketch:
Applying systems engineering, service science, and health services research methodologies to problems in healthcare. Areas of particular interest include perioperative service delivery, primary care, new modes of chronic care management, emergency surge capacity planning, hospital decision making, and assistive technology customization. Areas of methodological expertise include systems design and analysis, game theory, optimization, and modeling & simulation.
