Biographical Sketch:
Stephanie Dulin is the Chief of the Program Preparedness Branch, Division of Strategic National Stockpile, Office of Public Health Preparedness and Response, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Ms. Dulin joined the Division of Strategic National Stockpile in 2002, prior to becoming the Chief in 2006, she was a Program Services Consultant assigned to provide DSNS technical assistance to assigned project areas funded by the CDC’s Public Health Emergency Preparedness Cooperative Agreement. Ms Dulin has 24 years of public health programming experience at the local, state and federal levels of government Ms. Dulin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Health Care Management.
