2009-present -- National Data Team Leader, National Polio Surveillance Project (NPSP) - WHO, India 2008-2009 -- Senior System Analyst, National Polio Surveillance Project (NPSP) - WHO, India 2005-2008 -- Data Analyst, National Polio Surveillance Project (NPSP) - WHO, India 2003-2005 -- Senior Software Engineer, White Sapphires Pvt. Ltd., India 2002-2003 -- IT Officer, Leprosy Elimination Monitoring (LEM), National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW) 2000-2002 -- Software Engineer, Ilaksha Studios Pvt. Ltd., India Currently heading the data section catering to all the data needs of Polio program in India. Associated with development, implementation and maintenance work of Surveillance Information Management System (SIMS), Polio Lab Information for Action (PLIFA), Measles Lab Information System (MLIS) in India. Associated with development and management of data management tools for all the data management needs of various research studies conducted for polio program in India. Worked on initial design, study and implementation of Optical Mark Reader (OMR) in SIAs held in India Managing coverage and monitoring data of SIA in India Responsible for data needs of Measles surveillance and Measles catchup campaigns. Worked on development of website for Ministry of Social Affair, Labor and Vocational Training (MoSALVT), Muscat, Oman Attended Stop Data Managers training at CDC in 2007 Have done surveillance review and field monitoring
