Biographical Sketch:
Lori is a principal at e-HealthSign consulting in health informatics. Lori is Convener for ISO TC215, WG 4 on Health Informatics Security and chair of the ISO TC215 Task Force for Patient Safety and Quality. She is a member of HL7 Security, and has been supporting multiple public health initiatives within HL7, including the Public Health Functional Profile. She is also a member of the IHE Quality Public Health and Research, Patient Care Coordination, and IT Infrastructure Planning and Technical committees, and was part of the ONC HISPC Adoption of Standards Collaborative team. Lori was part of the contracting team for HITSP, and served as facilitator and technical writer for the Population Perspective specifications development, including Biosurveillance, Quality, Maternal and Child Health, Newborn Screening, and Public Health Case Reporting.
