Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Kennemore is the Manager for Health Information Technology with APHL where he oversees the Laboratory Technology Implementation Assistance for Public Health (LTIAPH) program. LTIAPH is a CDC / ARRA / HITECH grant to support 10 ELC grantees in the implementation of Electronic Laboratory Reporting to public health and electronic test order and report between hospitals and public health. As a consultant, he also works with physicians and other eligible providers to develop, implement, and support technology and processes to achieve and maintain meaningful use.
