Biographical Sketch:
Serves as Public Health Analyst within the Office of Surveillance, Epidemiology and Laboratory Services to facilitate four Community of Practice workgroups. Manages listserv membership to promote and foster a participatory environment for CDC subject matter experts, technical monitors, state and local health officials, and stakeholders to learn, share expertise, and develop informatics solutions to improve the public health’s capacity and knowledge of how to use and exchange information electronically.
Responsible for managing Centers public health website (www.phconnects.org), agenda planning, webinars, meetings and conferences. Serves as the Agency liaison coordinating with stakeholders, non-profit organizations, practitioners, academia, private sector, international and local and state health officials to collaboratively raise awareness and resolve public health issues.
