Biographical Sketch:
2008- Present, Health Scientist, Informatics-- Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Environmental Health Tracking Program. Co-chair of the metadata sub-group that implemented a metadata standard for the environmental public tracking network, collaborated in the design and development of a metadata creation tool, and is now working on implementing vocabulary standards for environmental public health tracking.
2006-2008, Public Health Informatics Fellow-- Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Environmental Health tracking Program.
2005- 2006, System Support Analyst -- Missouri Cancer Registry.
Developed mechanisms for implementing electronic laboratory (e-Path) reporting and web-based cancer reporting processes for non-hospital health care facilities.
