Biographical Sketch:
2009-present Technical Program Manager, Clinical Informatics Research Group and I-TECH, University of Washington Architect and develop web-based health applications, including electronic medical record and lab information systems, for use in resource poor environments. The work includes architecture of standards-based interoperability and integration with other health information systems. The work has been conducted for Haiti, Cote d’Ivoire, Kenya, and Namibia. Work with Ministries of Health and other government institutions in resource constrained settings, including Kenya, Mozambique, Haiti, Rwanda, and Vietnam, to develop national policies for e-Health architectures and the implementation of health systems infrastructures, software, and standards-based interoperability.
