Biographical Sketch:
Stephen Macauley is a Product Manager with CSC Public Health Sciences and focuses on the identification and delivery of solutions to improve public health surveillance. Having worked across local, state and federal levels of public health for the past nine years, he has a unique vantage point on adopting healthcare information technology to improve public health surveillance across the United States. Specifically, he has focused on the enablement of Electronic Laboratory Reporting within state health departments. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Education in 1998, his Master of Science in Applied Computer Science in 2009 and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration (expected 2012).
