Biographical Sketch:
Bobby Jefferson is the Healthcare Management Information System (HMIS) Advisor at Futures Group, and works on the AIDSRelief project. His role is technical strategy and informatics solutions for delivering HIV-ART patient management and monitoring solutions (PMM) to clinics and hospitals as part of Constella's role under the PEPFAR program, and incorporating the use of Good Clinical Informatics (GCI). Further examining potential to applying technologies, XML, HL7-ART, SMS, Wireless, Free and Open Source Solutions (FOSS), Knowledge Management Portals to the HIV electronic medical records paradigm
