Biographical Sketch:
2005-present: Epidemiologist with CDC's National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System (NNDSS) and project manager for the transition of case notifications from the CDC's legacy National Electronic Telecommunications System for Surveillance (NETSS) format to the National Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NEDSS) message format. Numerous publications and presentations at scientific meetings. 1999-2004: Epidemiologist in CDC/EPO's Surveillance Systems Branch, working on the National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System and Agency-wide data release policies and re-release procedures. 1992-1999: Epidemiologist working in CDC's NIOSH on state-based occupational respiratory disease surveillance and prevention activities.
