Biographical Sketch:
Dave Sanderson has 25 years of software development experience and currently works for Labpoint, LLC., where he is on contract with the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) on the Public Health Laboratory Interoperability Project (PHLIP). He is the Technical Architect to support automated electronic data exchange between State PHLs, Regional PHLs, the CDC, and additional clinical partners. He has worked with 28, and growing, PHLs to date, to produce ELSM Influenza messages in near real-time. He also supports inter-PHL data reporting as needed and is just getting started with the technical aspects for PHLIP Electronic Test Order and Reporting (ETOR) for Salmonella.
