Biographical Sketch:
Kudis joined the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) as a Senior Analyst in June 2010. Ms. Kudis works in the public health preparedness division on the Advanced Practice Centers (APC) team. The APC program is a network of exemplary local health departments (LHDs) that have been chosen to create innovative and practical resources that enhance the capability of LHDs for public health emergencies. On this team, Ms. Kudis is responsible for product evaluation and alignment with national preparedness priorities. Prior to joining NACCHO, Amanda worked at the Emory University Preparedness and Emergency Response Research Center on their Immunization Systems and Public Health Preparedness research project. Amanda has a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration of Epidemiology from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts in Bioethics from Dickinson College.
