Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Drabczyk is Program Manager of Public Health Preparedness Advanced Practice Centers Program for the National Association of County and City Health Officials in Washington DC. Anne holds a Ph.D. in Public Health from Walden University, and is a Central Michigan University alumnus with a Masters degree in Public Health Administration, and a Bachelors degree in Community Health Education and Psychology. Anne earned Certification in Appreciative Inquiry from Case Western Reserve University, and uses the research method in her work with clients. Anne has worked in the field of public health for over 29 years, including executive positions in government, profit, and non-profit organizations, and as a tenured-track assistant university professor. Dr. Drabczyk has extensive speaking and peer-review publications on her research related to organizational values, team and community capacity building, and strength-based resilience.
