Reportable Condition Mapping Table (RCMT) provides the mapping between reportable conditions and their associated lab tests / results. RCMT would be used by the public health departments to route and filter ELR data to various public health programs. RCMT facilitates the implementation of EHR MU "Reporting lab data of public health importance". CDC/CSTE Joint ELR Taskforce developed and published the first version of RCMT in June 2011. At the end of this session, users will know to how to browse, search and download RCMT content from the CDC vocabulary server (PHIN VADS). RCMT can be downloaded from PHIN VADS website as well as via API or web services.
