Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Zaruhi Mnatsakanyan is leading research activities in the field of decision support and data fusion for the Johns Hopkins University Center of Excellence in Public Health and Disease Surveillance Program in the National Security Technology Department at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. She holds a Doctorate degree in Computer Science and Machinery Engineering from the State Engineering University of Armenia as well as Master's degrees in Computer Science and in Computer Science and Automated Engineering from the same university. Her research interests include sensor data fusion Bayesian networks pattern recognition machine learning and cognitive science.
