Biographical Sketch:
Achintya N. Dey works as an epidemiologist in the Division of Emergency Preparedness and Response of the National Center for Public Health Informatics. He holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Brown University, Providence, RI and a Master's degree in Sociology from Kalyani University, WB, India.
