Biographical Sketch:
Jon Lipsky is a Project Manager with the National Center for Public Health Informatics, Division of Integrated Surveillance Systems & Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He has more than 17 years of experience in IT consulting including 10 plus years experience as a Project Manager. He has worked in many different industries including manufacturing, finance, higher education, non-profit, energy and public health. Mr. Lipsky’s responsibilities at NCPHI include management of information systems professionals on a wide range of bioterrorism and preparedness-related projects focused specifically in the laboratory systems area. Mr. Lipsky has been at the CDC for 5.5 years. He has a BA in Psychology and an MBA in Finance.
