Biographical Sketch:
Sripriya Rajamani is a Senior Informaticist and Project Consultant in the Center for Health Informatics at the Minnesota Department of Health. She was a National Library of Medicine Fellow during her doctoral training in Health Informatics. Dr. Rajamani is closely involved with the Minnesota e-Health Initiative. She is an active member of the Standards Workgroup of the Initiative which is charged with meeting the legislative requirements in Minnesota related to standards. She currently works on the Common Ground grant project of Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and is leading the effort in creation of an informatics profile for the state health agency. Her responsibilities in the Center for Health Informatics include assessment of health information technology adoption and utilization in the state for various health care settings. Her interests include evaluation of health information technology (HIT) and promotion of HIT in developing countries.
