Biographical Sketch:
Teresa Hines is currently a senior Statistician with the Department of Navy at the Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center (NMCPHC) in Portsmouth, Virginia. Ms. Hines received a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Saint Leo University in Hampton, Virginia. She currently leads programming in the Health Promotion and Preventative Medicine, EpiData Center department. She has over 28 years of computer experience including program manager, database development, reporting and computer programming analysis. Ms. Hines became an adjunct for Thomas Nelson community College in 1999 and has taught numerous computer courses for both credited and work force training classes. She worked at the National Aeronautics Space Agency (NASA) in Hampton, Virginia for over 25 years in various positions from administrative assistant to computer programming and statistical reporting.
