Biographical Sketch:
Mr. Brian Levine, an SAIC employee for almost 12 years, is the Project Manager of the STARRS and LUNA Projects since 2002 under the National Center for Public Health Informatics (NCPHI) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Mr. Brian Levine has been working with health informatics since the late 90's including work with the National Cancer Institute Center for Bioinformatics (NCICB) and with various Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) vendors. Mr. Levine has 2 undergraduate degrees (B.S. in Computer Science and B.B.A. in Accounting), 1 graduate degree (MBA), and a certificate in Project Management through the Project Management Institute (PMI). As the chairman of the LIMS@SAIC working group, Mr. Levine has led the company's efforts in coordinating LIMS activities.
