Biographical Sketch:
Joe Brisson is the Vice-President of Client Services with over 19 years experience in Health Information Technology. Prior to joining Browsersoft, Inc. he served as the Healthcare Practice Leader with the PSC Group, a Midwest-based technology consulting company. Previously, Mr. Brisson held senior level technology positions with Health Plans and Hospital Systems. Mr. Brisson’s experience includes acting as a Project Manager over a variety of projects including Health Information Exchanges, Personal Health Records, Medical Banking, claim processing, hospital information, claim imaging, and EDI system implementations. Additionally, Mr. Brisson has managed several Business Processing Improvement and Software Application Development projects including mission critical development efforts completed offshore. Currently, Joe is acting in various capacities for several nascent Health Information Exchange projects including Mendocino County in California, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Healthcare Access San Antonio, and ByNet in Franklin Louisiana.
