Biographical Sketch:
Fulton Wilcox, Senior Partner in Colts Neck Solutions LLC, consults in the fields of business intelligence, intelligence, data quality and supply chain integration. He is a member of OASIS, participating in several eBusiness and data standards working groups, including the IHC (International Health Continuum) technical committee. Previously, he was head of the both the Best Practices and the Specifications working group of the Open Buying on the Internet standards consortium. Recently he authored an article focused on collaboration and information sharing entitled "Intelligence Reform: Winning the 'For Keeps' Game," published in the American Intelligence Journal of the National Military Intelligence Association. He has been a frequent speaker regarding information sharing, information quality and inter-enterprise integration. In July, he will be speaking at an MIT information quality symposium on the subject "Application of Practical Nominalism to Data Management." Previously, he was Director of IT for BOC Gases, North America, managing application development, data integration, eBusiness and supply chain solutions, which included extensive work with leading healthcare and R&D institutions. He also worked at Bell Laboratories in the fields of eBusiness, business intelligence, application design and various laboratory operations functions. He holds a B.A. degree from Norwich University and an M.A. from Duke University.
