2002-present -- Surveillance Section Leader and Public Health Physician, Division of Infectious Disease Epidemiology, Pennsylvania Department of Health, Harrisburg, PA 1999-2002 -- Senior Scientist and Prinicipal Investigator, "Reproductive Effects of Disinfection Byproducts in Drinking Water," Sequoia Foundation, La Jolla, CA 1997-1999 -- Epidemiologic Consultant for US EPA, University of California, Riverside, and University of California, Davis, among others 1990-1997 -- Medical Epidemiologist, Reproductive Epidemiology Section, California Department of Health Services, Berkeley, CA 1988-1990 -- Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer, Division of Field Services, Atlanta, GA, stationed with the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment, California Department of Health Services, Berkeley, CA Currently responsible for infectious disease surveillance and reporting in Pennsylvania. Major participant in the design and implementation of PA's web-based electronic disease reporting system, PA-NEDSS (2002-present). Co-investigator on the California Department of Health Services' Pregnancy Outcome Study and Women's Reproductive Health Study. Principal investigator on a series of substudies regarding drinking water contaminants and reproductive outcome (1990-2002). Board certified in General Preventive Medicine. Author or coauthor of a number of publications covering a wide variety of environmental, reproductive, and infectious disease topics. Numerous presentations at scientific meetings.
