Biographical Sketch:
Tricia Gallagher is a consultant with Northrop Grumman, currently serving as the lead business analyst on the Countermeasure and Response Administration (CRA) application development team. She has more than 20 years of experience working collaboratively with users and other stakeholders to define and create efficient and practical business solutions for a wide variety of industries. Tricia has played a key role on several NCPHI-sponsored projects, including the NEDSS Base System (NBS), PHIN Requirements, BioSense, and now CRA.
