Biographical Sketch:
A senior project manager with HLN Consulting since 2002, Mr. Suralik has nine years of experience in project management, business analysis, and application development in the public and private sectors. Since joining HLN, Mr. Suralik has managed public health information technology consulting projects in the fields of Countermeasure Response Administration (CRA), immunization registries, integrated child health systems, electronic data exchange, and decision support for large public health agencies including those of Los Angeles County, New York City, Philadelphia, and Kentucky.
As a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Mr. Suralik has employed well crafted project management practices and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bring diverse sets of stakeholders together, foster collaborative environments, and lead teams of business analysts, user interface designers, technical architects, developers, database administrators, and system engineers to produce high quality business analysis and information systems for public health agencies around the country.
