Biographical Sketch:
Graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in 2000 and received his MPH degree from Emory University in 2003.
CDC Division of Viral Hepatitis for 3 years before coming to Columbia, SC to begin his Doctoral degree in Epidemiology at the University of South Carolina in 2005.
After completing all of his course work in the PhD program, he joined SC DHEC in August of 2007.
His primary role at SC DHEC is to coordinate the syndromic surveillance system and assist in outbreak investigations.
