Biographical Sketch:
Mr. Brady has over 30 years of experience in various capacities in the Information Technology field with significant project management, solution architecture, software development, and system integration expertise in the public sector, manufacturing, engineering, health care, and retail verticals.
From March 2000 – March 2002, Mr. Brady served as Keane, Inc.’s Engagement Manager for the development of the New York State Department of Health’s Electronic Clinical Laboratory Reporting System (ECLRS) which resulted in the release of a web-based application for electronic reporting of clinical laboratory test results. Engagement was a multi-phase project encompassing full software development lifecycle, statewide training, laboratory implementation services, as well as help desk and ongoing maintenance support.
He currently serves as the Senior Project Manager overseeing the Project Management Office for the Office of Science at the New York State Department of Health. He provides high-level project management support in the development of public health information systems designed to detect and manage pandemic influenza and other large-scale public health events.
