Jerome I Tokars is an Associate Director for Science in the Division of Emergency Preparedness and Response of the National Center for Publich Health Informatics. He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is a Board Certified in Internal Medicine and completed the Epidemic Intelligence Service.
