Biographical Sketch:
J. A. Magnuson, PhD, RS holds a PhD in Microbiology from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland. She graduated from the CDC's Public Health Informatics Fellowship Program and also earned her HL7 certification in 2000. Currently, Dr. Magnuson coordinates the Electronic Laboratory Reporting program for Oregon state.
