Biographical Sketch:
2000-present -- President, KIPHS, Inc. Oversees all software system development (Clinic and Environmental Health systems for local public health clients in 7 states). Has provided consulting services on IT projects for national public health organizations including the Public Health Informatics Institute (PHII), NACCHO, Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL), Nevada Public Health Department, Maricopa County Health Department (Arizona), State of Washington, Montana, and numerous local health departments.
1995-2000 -- Kansas Health Institute, Topeka, Kansas. Oversaw the development of software for the Kansas Integrated Public Health System and worked closely with the Kansas Health Foundation in the implementation of the system across Kansas.
1980-1995 -- Independent Fortune 1000 consultant. Provided IT consulting services for clients including General Motors, Avery International, Avery-Dennison, SeaFirst National Bank, National Fuel Gas (Buffalo, NY), and others.
1966-1980 -- President of Langston, Kitch & Associates. Oversaw all activities of the company's computer service bureau operations including the development of custom software and service bureau operations.
