Biographical Sketch:
2003- Present: Information Technology Consultant for NC DPH; Several projects - Most Recent: Defined NC EDSS requirements and RFP and manged the project from design through implementation.
1982 - 2003: System Design Consultant (Self employed): Managed and lead technical design of several health care applications including NC Medicaid Multi-payer development to support Mental Health and Public Health, HIPAA development project for NC Medicaid, Drug Point of Sale applications, Prospective, Drug Utilization review.
1978- 1982: Systems Engineer with Electronic Data Systems: Developed Banking and Medicaid applications as well as instructed system engineers in training.
