Biographical Sketch:
Grace Kubin, Ph.D. oversees the Laboratory Service Section at the Texas Department of State Health Services and is an active participant in the Laboratory Response Network (LRN). Grace is Texas’ Project Manager for The Florida Department of Health and the Texas Department of State Health Services Influenza Electronic Data Exchange Interoperability Partnership Project.
