2005-Present – Vice President, Advanced Technologies, Integrated Solutions Inc., Holmdel, NJ Program Manager for Software Technology for Cancer Epidemiology and Prevention Project (STCEP) and WRAMC NSQIP (National Surgical Quality Improvement Program) Data Transfer project Responsible for research and development of new software applications with focus in public health industry. 1998 - 2004 –Program Manager, AT&T Business Services, Middletown, NJ Review, inspect and synchronize AT&T Transformation project across AT&T business units. AT&T Transformation project is targeted to provide $8B revenue uplift and $7B savings from 2004 through 2010. It consists of network and services transformation. Coordinate management reporting of project status against milestones and perform project reviews to ensure all projects are on track to deliver expected benefits. 1997 – 1998 Assistant Vice President, Operations Research Delta Technology, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia Established the OR organization and supported OR related projects of Delta Air Lines. Accomplishments include implementing systems which improved flight on-time performance by 50%, decreased fleet maintenance cost by $50M annually, reduced crew cost by $300M annually, improved incremental revenue by $250M, and also completed Y2K certification on all OR products. 1982 -1998 Technical Staff and Technical Manager, Bell Labs, Holmdel, NJ Researched and developed various telecommunication network design tools such as the SS7 and SONET ring.
