Biographical Sketch:
Currently with CDC’s National Center for Public Health Informatics, Jason has a background that includes both research in health and social sciences and the practical design of socio-technical systems. He holds degrees in Cultural Anthropology from California State University and Brown University. His research topics covered ethnographic studies of mobile immunization clinics and health systems and epidemiologic research in Belize. He has spent the past three years in public health, knowledge management and overseeing the development of innovative approaches to using citizen generated clinical data for public health purposes.
