Biographical Sketch:
Dr Claudio Guilliano A Costa has a diploma in Medicine, from Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte and an MSc from Unicamp in Health Informatics, both in Brazil. Currently he is São Paulo City Dept of Health CIO, president of the Brazilian Health Informatics Association (SBIS), head of SBIS’s Working Group on EHR Certification Process and a member of the Technical Committee on Health Informatics and Telemedicine of the Brazilian Medical Council (CFM).
His previous experience includes being a consultant to the Brazilian Health Plan Regulatory Agency (ANS) and to the Brazilian Dept of Health, as well as a director and partner at MedSolution Health Informatics.
