January 2008 – present NHR Inc. Hollywood, Florida Founder / Senior System Architect/ Project Manager Formed software consulting company specializing in a wide variety of Analytical, Software Development, Implementation, Training and Quality Management solutions. Current implementation include CDC-CCID Laboratory Information Management System implementation of STARLIMS Corp. software platform; Abode TV consolidate and syndicate of video content created by Adobe and strategic partners; TWC VOD (Time Warner Cable Video on Demand) user facing information web site; Bright House VOD user facing information web site. February 1997 – December 2007 STARLIMS Corp. Hollywood, Florida Senior System Architect/ Project Manager A software provider widely used in variety of industries: public health, environmental, forensic, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, mining, food, medical, and forensic areas. I designed, developed and supported a number of complete information management system solutions including: CDC – CCID (Central for Decease Control and Prevention), Chevron – multi-site implementation, Baxter – multi-site implementation, Exxon-Mobile, Phillips, Novozyme and others. All of them required database management, complex workflow and ‘life-cycle’ implementations, financial modules, report generation, Internet communications, full quality control and third party products integration. March 1996 – May 1996 UNIZAG Ltd Tel-Aviv, Israel System Analyst Software Development Company specializing in complete warehouse and point-of-sale solutions. My responsibilities included design of the informational modules and computerized systems for automatic warehouses. System included RS232 communication support, invoicing, supply maintenance, billing and reporting. May 1995 – March 1996 TRADE POINT ISRAEL Ltd. Tel-Aviv, Israel System Analyst and software developer As System Analyst, I was involved in development, maintenance and deployment of the Internet informational system. It allowed business entities to communicate and exchange information over the Web. As part of the exchange protocol I implemented EDI protocol. Trade Point Israel was representing Israel in the Global Trade Point Network (GPTN) of the United Nations Commission on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
