June 2008 – present - CDC Public Health Informatics Fellowship Program Global AIDS Program (GAP), CDC June 2006 – June 2008 - Senior Project Advisor-HIV/AIDS Programme Acceleration CDC/PANCAP Provided technical assistance to scale up universal access to HIV/AIDS Prevention, Treatment, Care and Support Services for several donor funded projects, including the Global Fund AIDS Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM), USAID/CDC, Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and the World Bank February 2006 – April 2006 - HIV/AIDS Universal Access Consultant UNAIDS/CARICOM Prepared the report of the Caribbean Consultative Process on Universal Access to HIV/AIDS Prevention, Treatment, Care and Support Services 2006 January 2005 – December, 2005 - Associate Consultant Pan American Health Organization, Washington DC, USA • Provided technical assistance to implement WinSIG (a resource allocation software application) in The Bahamas and in Trinidad and Tobago • Director of Hospital Operations for the largest hospital in Saint Lucia (August 2003 – January 2005) • Responsible for managing the Medical Records department at the largest hospital in Saint Lucia (2001 to August 2003) • Responsible for the quality assurance of national laboratory systems in Saint Lucia (1996-1999) • Served as chair or secretary of several standards and advisory public health bodies in Saint Lucia (2003-2005) • Was a member of the Advisory Board of the Caribbean Coalition of Women and Girls on HIV/AIDS (CCWA) 2007-2008
