Biographical Sketch:
Founder and CEO of CaduRx, Inc, a medical informatics company (Davis County, UT) that offers clinics a web-based electronic medical record and practice management system, and DirectMD, an interoperable web-based, patient-controlled personal health record system for patients. CaduRx developed the system for the U of U / HealthInsight INFORM study and is the technical partner for the ACCESS project. Togehter, the EMR and the PHR integrate to create the Unified Health Resource. The PHR is free for patient's use.
