Wyoming Department of Health projects include NBS (NEDSS Base System), virtual call center, and Wyoming Alert and Response Network - a joint project to create a single portal for emergency information dissemination in support of three public health and emergency preparedness initiatives, Partner Communication and Alerting, ESAR-VHP and HAvBED.
Former CEO and partner with a technology company and, since 1974, has been a network and technology professional specializing in network security engineering, systems engineering and project management.
