Biographical Sketch:
Jeff has worked primarily with Disease Control and Prevention on various emergency preparedness projects and has been instrumental in developing and implementing several applications including: Electronic Lab Reporting (ELR), WEDSS (Wisconsin Electronic Disease Surveillance System), ESSENCE (Electronic Surveillance System for the Early Notification of Community-based Epidemics), BioSense, CityWatch, and TeleForms. He built and maintains the Blackberry Enterprise Server and creates all the ArcGIS maps for MHD. He also co-developed several SQL and Access databases for MHD.
