Biographical Sketch:
Sabine Awad received her Bachelors of Arts degree from
Wellesley College and a Masters of Arts from Harvard University.
Her educational background is focused on public policy and
strategic planning. Ms. Awad is a certified Project Management
Professional and has extensive experience in project
management, strategic planning, performance improvement,
organizational development, and vendor management.
Ms. Awad has significant experience in developing program
management offices (PMO). Her background spans not -forprofit
organizations and governmental health agencies. Prior to
joining BearingPoint, she served as the Chief Operating Officer
for a leadership training organization, where she managed staff
members and projects focused on strategic and tactical
operations management.
Ms. Awad currently manages large scale engagements at the
CDC’s National Center for Public Health Informatics (NCPHI)
Division for Emergency Preparedness and Response and the
Division for Alliance Management and Consultation. The wide
range of substantial support provided is in the areas of strategic
planning, business process improvement, program, financial,
performance, communication, and extramural management.
