Biographical Sketch:
1999 - present -- Economist, CDC, Division of STD Prevention. Serve as an economic consultant in support of CDC personnel and external partners in the Division of Sexually Transmitted Disease Prevention. Perform cost effectiveness studies of public health programs and policy proposals, provide guidance in cost study design and implementation, and assist CDC staff in writing agency guidelines. Instruct CDC and other public health personnel in prevention effectiveness methods.
1997 - 1999 -- Prevention Effectiveness Fellow, CDC, Division of STD Prevention. Performed cost effectiveness analyses and served as a technical consultant for CDC personnel; also conducted classroom instruction in cost effectiveness methods for CDC researchers.
